US Attorney's Office - Asset Forfeiture Seminar June 13, 2019 9am to 12pm

Event Date:
Thursday, June 13, 2019 - 9:00am to 12:00pm

On June 13, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the United States Attorney's Office for the District of New Hampshire will be sponsoring an Asset Forfeiture Seminar for state and local law enforcement officers.  The seminar will be held at the United States District Courthouse in the Jury Assembly Room located at 55 Pleasant Street, Concord, New Hampshire.  The training will cover a wide range of topics covering the seizure and forfeiture of property, including currency, vehicles, real estate, and firearms.  Recent changes in DOJ policy will also be discussed.

Every year, federal asset forfeiture programs return funds to New Hampshire law enforcement departments, with some departments receiving tens of thousands of dollars in equitable sharing.

This seminar will be of special interest to police chiefs and will provide a valuable training opportunity for all law enforcement officers.

To register for the seminar, please contact Francine Conrad at (603) 230-2577, or Francince.Conrad@usdoj.gov.
