Officer-Involved Use of Force Investigator: The NH Department of Justice investigates cases where an on-duty law enforcement officer causes a death or serious bodily injury, in order to determine whether the officer acted in accordance with the law. It seeks an experienced investigator who will work with attorneys and investigators to identify all the relevant facts and circumstances necessary to ensure timely, accurate, final determinations. The successful candidate will be law enforcement certified and have demostrated proficiency with investigative techniques, witness interviews, and use-of-force principles.
