Who is expected to attend? 

We will be marketing to New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and northern Massachusetts.  Our target audience is police chiefs, sheriffs, directors and their officers, as well as command staff and members of the region's fire and medical services.

A discounted parking fee of $5.00 per vehicle will be offered in lieu of the above posted hourly per day rates for all trade show attendees.  All overnight guests are granted an $8.00 per vehicle discount for overnight parking.  This fee is subject to change without notice.

Please note: All rates are net/non-commissionable and are subject to state and local taxes currently assessed at 9%.

The Hotel’s check-in time is after 3pm, EST and check-out is by 11am, EST. Guests arriving prior to 3pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Front Desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available.

It is the Hotel’s understanding that individuals will make their own reservations by calling  603-206-4109 or 1-800-333-3333. In order to receive your special rate, individuals must indicate that they are with New Hampshire Association of Chiefs of Police Inc. or reference the following PAC CODE: CHIEFS for on-line bookings at Radisson Hotel Manchester Downtown web site.

Shipping and Storage:

To ensure proper handling of your meeting materials, each item should be clearly marked with the following: New Hampshire Association of Chiefs of Police Inc., Anne Dalton, and Arrival Date. Due to limited storage space, the hotel is unable to store materials i.e. trade show booths.

*Presented by Attorney Charles Bauer of Concord, N.H., who has counseled, represented and defended law enforcement individuals and agencies, correctional officers and facilities, and municipal officials throughout N.H. for 30 years.  Charlie is one of NH's foremost trial attorneys and mediators. 

He concentrates his law practice in the areas of police and civil rights litigation, employment litigation, and private mediation.  Charlie tried, briefed and argued Rumery v. Town of Newton 480 U.S. 386 (1987), before the United States Supreme Court, which is the seminal case on police �release-dismissal� practices in the United States. 

Charlie is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® and Super Lawyers.
